For the second year in a row our vino spumante brut Millesimato Solpiantez receives the recognisment by Luca Maroni as BEST QUALITY-PRICE RATIO WINE. Produced with a selection of Italian white grapes of a single vintage, in particular Trebbiano e Chardonnay, harvested within August in order to obtain a good natural acidity level, ideal for the production of excelent sparkling wines.

The result is brilliant straw yellow wine with light greenish hints, fine and delicate perlage. In the nose fragrant and harmonic, with pleasant fruity notes and notes of bread crust. Full and fresh in the palate, slightly acid and light fruity. In the mouth it is dry and sapid with a bitter almond after taste. Ideal as an aperitif, perfect to the whole meal. Suitable for light appetizers and fish dishes.
